Thank You Carlyle for all your help.  6 months ago I realized my weight had gotten out of control.  My knees hurt from walking up steps and I struggled to do any strenuous activity.  I tried losing weight but lacked the focus.  4 months ago in the middle of COVID, I finally decided to commit to a new eating program, NOOM.  But that was not going to do it alone.  I had to also commit to an activity schedule that wouldn’t kill me.  Your Body Blast workouts three days a week helped me stay strong and burn calories. A couple spin sessions in between to change up the routine set me on a path to real weight loss. 4 months to the day of my commitment to lose weight, I succeeded. 45lbs lost and feeling stronger than I have felt in a long long time.  Your classes were critical in motivating me to continue to work and lose the weight.  Thanks for taking this journey with me...

I love to workout. When the pandemic hit I noticed I was gaining weight! When I joined the Myries way workout program, it's such positive environment that's encouraging you to push out of your comfort zone. I took spin & boot camp 3 days a week. First and foremost, I have probably gone to 5+ gyms since I started my fitness journey postpartum. One of my first trainers was Carlyle! I remember my very first class with him at Pulse in Westwood, NJ. Oh man, what a terrifying experience to step into fitness to lose 65 lbs gained during pregnancy. But he was so much fun and made me feel like I can do anything. He modified all the moves for me. I can literally do nothing! Forget my abs, lunges, everything was difficult. But I finished my first workout feeling like I can come back! And I did. I stuck with him when he moved to Bethany CC in Washington TWP once Pulse closed its doors. Again, great workouts as always. He varies the moves, hands you heavier dumbbells and makes sure you are progressing! I not only lost those pounds but stuck with fitness as a lifestyle choice and gained muscles. Who would’ve thought, a mom of two, busy teacher and I can have a better body than when I did in my 20s. I’m so proud to have crossed path with Carlyle who is a dedicated, motivating coach and loves fitness and believes in his clients! I definitely recommend you attend at least one of his classes. You will not regret it!
