CARLYLE

Carlyle is a dedicated and experienced fitness professional, driven by a lifelong passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. With a Bachelor's degree in PHED and a background in professional soccer, his expertise as a fitness instructor is well-rounded.

Certified as a Personal Trainer (NCEP), Carlyle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his training sessions. Additionally, his certification as a soccer coach (NSCAA) enables him to provide specialized guidance for athletes in this sport. As a Mad Dogg Spin instructor, he offers high-energy and engaging spin classes that challenge and motivate participants. With CPR/AED certification, Carlyle ensures a safe training environment for all clients.

Carlyle's mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier lives through tailored workout programs and expert guidance. His training philosophy revolves around the values of hard work, dedication, and time. He firmly believes that with the right mindset and support, all fitness goals can be achieved.

Carlyle is focused on helping his clients achieve their goals in a fun yet challenging environment. Plain and simple, my fitness increased noticeably and I saw positive changes in my body composition.
