The Myries Way F.A.S.S.T. program is an intense 1:15-minute session focusing on individual development. For Ages 11 and up. Each session pushes you to work outside of your comfort zone to reach your maximum potential. Each session features these components: 1) Bodyweight strength training activities 2) Agility and speed exercises focusing on proper techniques while performing each activity. 3) Technical ball work activities such as dribbling, first touch, passing, volleying, etc. 4) Playing small-sided games with an emphasis on implementing what you've learned in the previous portions of your session
